This page lists the pay rates in the KU Children's Services enterprise agreement (AE530817). The agreement was approved by the Fair Work Commission and sets the minimum pay for the staff it covers. KU Children's Services workforce agreement - covers admin assistants, cooks, LDC (Long Day Care) coordinators and educators, and preschool coordinators and educators across KU's national network of children's services. Rates from Appendix B (1/01/2026 column, current floor) - hourly rates with separate FT and casual columns. 4% annual indexation each 1 January (next +4% 1 Jan 2027). Saturday ordinary out-of-span 1.5x; Sunday 2.0x; PH worked 2.5x; OT 1.5x/2.0x tiered. Shift loadings 10%-50% by shift type. Full-time pay runs from $1,043.86 per week ($27.47 per hour) at the entry level up to $1,819.44 per week at the top, across 33 classifications. A few examples:
