LB Concrete Solutions' Victorian concrete pumping subcontractor workforce under the CFMEU (Victorian Construction and General Division) Subcontractors template. 3 classifications across the Labourer band: CW3 Certified Boom/Tower/Stationary Pump Operator (100%), CW2 Line Pump Operator Truck/Trailer-mounted (96%), CW1 Trades Labourer/Hoseperson/Trainee Operator (92.4%). No Trades, Crane Crew, Plant Operator (PCW) or Apprentice bands appear in Appendix B - any other classification defaults to the lowest rate in the relevant Award CW band (Appendix B preamble).

Full-time pay runs from $2,039.40 per week ($56.65 per hour) at the entry level up to $2,176.56 per week at the top, across 3 classifications. A few examples:
