Lendlease's WA construction project workforce under the CFMEU collective agreement. 17 classifications across Non-Trades (CW1 a/b/c/d ladder + CW2/3), Trades (CW3 trade variants + CW4 Marker/Setter + CW5 Special Class), and Plant & Cranes (CW3 Plant Op + CW4 Mobile Conc Boom + CW5 Mech Plant G5&6 + CW6/7 Mobile/Tower Crane). 3 apprentice tiers (55%/75%/90% of CW3 Carpenter rate; adult apprentices not less than CW1(d)).

Full-time pay runs from $972.42 per week ($25.59 per hour) at the entry level up to $2,054.66 per week at the top, across 21 classifications. A few examples:
