Who this agreement covers

Linfox QLD Workshop covers mechanical and engineering staff at the Willawong Queensland Service Centre and Coles ADC Redbank service centre. 7 base classifications (Trade Assistant L1-3, Heavy Vehicle Mechanic L1-3, Leading Hand) plus 8 apprentice tiers (under-21 and adult progression as % of Mechanic L1). Spread of ordinary hours 5am-8pm Mon-Sat. Tight allowance set (clause 5.7.3 explicitly excludes other Award allowances). Indexation +3% on 1 July 2026 and 1 July 2027.

Minimum pay rates

Full-time pay runs from $775.58 per week ($20.41 per hour) at the entry level up to $1,976.00 per week at the top, across 15 classifications. A few examples:
