Annualised salaries by years of service - clause 24.3 / Schedule 1. Rates used are the May 2025 column (operative from agreement commencement 5 Nov 2025 per clause 24.6, back-paid). Position additions (Senior Base Pilot, Fleet Captain, Line Training Pilot, Check and Training Pilot TRI/TRE) and licence ratings (ATPL, Command IR, Night VFR, NVG) sit on top per Schedule 3.
