Medea Park Association Incorporated General Staff Enterprise Agreement 2024 covers general staff (excluding RNs and ENs as defined by AHPRA) at Medea Park's St Helens TAS residential aged-care facility. 30 classifications across four streams: Aged Care Employees - Admin (L1-L7), Aged Care Employees - Service (L1-L7) including chef/cook sub-stream (L4 Senior Cook Trade, L5 Chef, L6 Senior Chef, L7 Chef/Catering Services Supervisor), Aged Care Employees - Personal Care Assistant (L1-L6), and Home Care Employees (L1-L6, SCHADS stream).

Minimum pay rates

Full-time pay runs from $1,023.00 per week ($27.28 per hour) at the entry level up to $1,488.89 per week at the top, across 30 classifications. A few examples:
