Melbourne IVF Medical Scientist and Support Services Enterprise Agreement 2022 covers all medical scientist (embryologists, clinical technologists, senior scientists, lab supervisors) and support services (theatre orderlies, instrument technicians, theatre technicians, administration) staff at Melbourne IVF's Victorian fertility / IVF clinic sites (344 Victoria Parade, East Melbourne and Royal Women's Hospital). Single-enterprise agreement, Victoria. 38-hour standard week. Scientist progression: +3% on 1 May 2023, +3% each FFPPOA 1 Jan 2024/2025/2026 - rates loaded here are the Jan 2026 column.
