Rail-end-of-line concentrate (zinc/lead/copper) export operation - NOT the Mt Isa mine site. 5 classification streams (Operator, Operator/Maintainer Electrical, Operator/Maintainer Mechanical, Maintainer Electrical, Maintainer Mechanical) across 4 levels. Annualised all-inclusive salary model per clause 2.1 (in lieu of all overtime, penalties, shift, allowances, leave loading - all rolled into base). 4 roster archetypes priced in Schedule 1: Day Worker 38h, Day Worker Flexible 43h, Shift Worker (7-day continuous 24/7) 42h, Non-Continuous (4-day Maintainer-only) 42h.

Full-time pay runs from $1,268.40 per week ($33.38 per hour) at the entry level up to $2,641.67 per week at the top, across 40 classifications. A few examples:
