Mushroom Exchange Pty Ltd (T/A Costa Mushroom Category) WA production agreement covering Casuarina farm (45 Orton Rd, Casuarina WA 6167) and Mandurah compost yard (Lot 89 Nambeelup Rd, Nambeelup WA 6207). 20 pay points encoded across 4 streams: Compost Yard (L1-L6, $24.45-$37.74/hr), Department B (L1-L6, $24.45-$32.60/hr), Harvesting/Post-Harvest/Warehouse/Dispatch/Prepack (L1-L6, $24.45-$29.71/hr), and Harvesting (Trainee/Experienced Mushroom Harvester, $24.45/$25.13/hr) per Schedule A Tables 1 and 2 (FFPP on or after 1 July 2025). 38hr/wk (cl 11.1). 25% casual loading (cl 9.5.4(a)).

Minimum pay rates

Full-time pay runs from $929.10 per week ($24.45 per hour) at the entry level up to $1,434.12 per week at the top, across 20 classifications. A few examples:
