National Maritime Services (NMS) Launch and Mooring Operations - Kurnell Enterprise Agreement 2025 covers: - permanent / part-time / fixed-term / casual employees engaged at the Port of Kurnell - NSW (Botany Bay) performing tanker support - lines - mooring - testing - sampling - Ampol maintenance contract work - small-craft / launch operations Underpinned by the Ports, Harbours and Enclosed Water Vessels Award 2020 (MA000052; expressly incorporated per cl 5.2). 35-hr ordinary week (cl 32.1.1), 0600-1800 Mon-Fri. 4 wage classifications: Launch Master/Driver $46.10/hr, Marine Fitter $45.65/hr, Trade Fitter $59.54/hr, General Purpose Hand $41.83/hr (all 1 Jul 2025 rates; indexation +3-4% pa to 2029).

Minimum pay rates

Full-time pay runs from $1,507.97 per week ($43.08 per hour) at the entry level up to $2,146.55 per week at the top, across 4 classifications. A few examples:
