Who this agreement covers

Netafim Australia Pty Ltd Enterprise Agreement 2025 covers manufacturing and distribution centre employees at Netafim's drip-irrigation plant at 213-217 Fitzgerald Road, Laverton (North), Victoria 3026. Netafim is the Israeli-headquartered drip-irrigation pioneer (now Orbia subsidiary). 14 distinct weekly pay points across four streams: Production (Technician/Operator 1-4), Warehouse (Storeperson 1-3), Technical Assembly (Assembler 1-2) and Manual Assembly (General Assembler L1-L2). Rates from Appendix A '1 July 2025' column (+4%, the current floor).
