Three-classification framework (A/B/C) covering frontline customer service, customer specialist, and technical specialist roles across NSW and QLD. Replaces the Newcastle Permanent Building Society Enterprise Agreement 2021 and Greater Bank Limited Enterprise Agreement 2022. Rates effective FFPPOA 1 July 2025 (+4.5%).

Full-time pay runs from $1,215.62 per week ($31.99 per hour) at the entry level up to $1,359.48 per week at the top, across 3 classifications. A few examples:
