This page lists the pay rates in the OneSteel Recycling Pty Limited trading as InfraBuild Recycling enterprise agreement (AE530287). The agreement was approved by the Fair Work Commission and sets the minimum pay for the staff it covers. The rates below are the agreement minimums; overtime, penalties and allowances can lift what you actually take home.
InfraBuild Recycling Queensland metal-recycling operations across 6 yards (Hemmant, Wacol, Gold Coast, Mackay, Townsville, Gladstone) plus any other QLD metal-recycling site (cl 1.7(9)). 5-grade x up to 10-level classification structure (Schedule 1 + 2): Grade 1 Trainee, Grade 2 general labouring / licensed equipment, Grade 3 shredder in-feed / weighbridge / customer service, Grade 4 mill operator / leading hands / metal purchasing, Grade 5 multi-skilled major-shredding-site / qualified tradespersons (capped L6). 38 hr/wk ordinary, Mon-Fri 6am-6pm day-work spread (cl 4.1(2)); spread can extend with 50% loading on the 4-6am and 6-8pm bands (cl 4.1(2)(b)).

Full-time pay runs from $1,041.52 per week ($27.41 per hour) at the entry level up to $1,266.57 per week at the top, across 5 classifications. A few examples:
