Single-site Victorian operation of OneSteel Recycling Pty Ltd (t/a InfraBuild Recycling, ABN 28 002 707 262). 7-classification structure (Schedule 1): Yard Worker Grade 1 trainee/newly-appointed direct-supervision, Yard Worker Grade 2 routine-supervision with licenced equipment, Machine Operator Grades 1-3 progressing from limited to minimal supervision with broader equipment (Forklift, Mobile Excavator with Magnet/Grab/Shear, Loader, Material Handler), Machine Operator Grade 3 Leading Hand directing teams of 3-10 employees, Team Leader across all yard operations (mentoring, safety, trading, gross margin).

Full-time pay runs from $1,475.04 per week ($38.82 per hour) at the entry level up to $1,963.73 per week at the top, across 7 classifications. A few examples:
