Salary-based: Ordinary Hourly Rate = annual salary ÷ 1,976 (38×52). 3% annual Base Salary increase 1 Sep each year. Distinctive: day worker Sunday OT = 250% (T2.5) min 3 hrs.

Minimum pay rates

Full-time pay runs from $1,007.00 per week ($26.50 per hour) at the entry level up to $1,520.00 per week at the top, across 7 classifications. A few examples:
