TWU is party (atypical for a contact centre — TWU has historic energy-retail coverage). Salary-based: Ordinary Hourly Rate = annual salary ÷ 1,976 (38×52). 3% annual Base Salary increase 1 Sep each year. Distinctive: day worker Sunday OT = 250% (T2.5) min 3 hrs.
