Otis Elevator Victoria field employees agreement covering lift/escalator construction, modernisation, service and repair across the Service and Construction divisions. 36hr/wk worked either Mon-Fri 6am-6pm (Service) or 10-day/2-week cycle with 9 x 8hr days + RDO (Construction). Incorporates Building and Construction General On-site Award 2020 (BCA) but EXCLUDES the BCA's minimum rates, industry allowances, distant-work LAFHA, travelling-time, classification definitions and apprentices clauses.

Full-time pay runs from $921.60 per week ($25.60 per hour) at the entry level up to $2,937.60 per week at the top, across 25 classifications. A few examples:
