Pacific National's coal-haulage support workforce at the Nebo Train Support Facility (Braeside Road, Nebo QLD). 9 classifications across 2 career paths: 4-level Maintenance Support Officer (MSO) ladder + 5-level Wagon Maintainer ladder. Total Remuneration model = Annual Base Rate (clause 19.5) + Aggregate Penalties (clause 20), where Aggregate Penalties are an annualised % uplift derived from an Aggregate Penalty Multiplier (APM) calculated on the Master Roster. Per-shift penalties encoded individually for engine-level detection: Aft/Night 1.18x, Sat 1.50x, Sun 2.00x.

Minimum pay rates

Full-time pay runs from $1,376.63 per week ($36.23 per hour) at the entry level up to $2,030.29 per week at the top, across 9 classifications. A few examples:
