PMPS is a labour-hire / managed services provider engaged on the project. Joint parties: PMPS + CFMEU (WA) + AWU. Approved 26 November 2025 by DP Bell. Nominal expiry 30 June 2029.

Full-time pay runs from $1,277.64 per week ($35.49 per hour) at the entry level up to $1,728.72 per week at the top, across 19 classifications. A few examples:
