PMPS is a labour-hire / managed services provider engaged on the project. Joint parties: PMPS + CFMEU (WA) + AWU. Approved 26 November 2025 by DP Bell.

Full-time pay runs from $880.92 per week ($24.47 per hour) at the entry level up to $1,815.12 per week at the top, across 22 classifications. A few examples:
