Covers Qantas Airline Officers (Levels 1-9, general ASU clerical/admin/customer-service classifications, Schedule 1) and Senior Professionals (Levels 1-2, restricted to Group Workforce Services/Safety/Qantas Engineering and other critical day-of-operations business areas, cl 4.1, Part 9).

Minimum pay rates

Full-time pay runs from $1,184.77 per week ($31.18 per hour) at the entry level up to $2,258.00 per week at the top, across 12 classifications. A few examples:

What else it sets

  • Penalty rates for weekends, public holidays and overtime.
