RAC Motoring (Royal Automobile Club of Western Australia) Dispatch business unit. Covers Dispatcher Trainees and Dispatchers who coordinate roadside service in the State of Western Australia. 2 classifications: Dispatcher Trainee (first 6 months probation) and Dispatcher. Standard hours average 38 per week over the Roster Cycle (up to 9 weeks for Day Employees, up to 12 months for Shift Employees). Day Employee ordinary hours 6:00am-6:00pm. Shift Employees may work Morning (midnight-6:00am), Afternoon (after 6:00pm to midnight) or Night (after midnight to 7:00am) shifts. 25% casual loading.
