Regis Aged Care Pty Ltd In-home and Centre Based Services (Tasmania) EA 2024 covers home care employees at Regis Tasmanian in-home and centre-based services (Home Care Employee Levels 1-5, mirroring SCHADS MA000100 home care classification ladder). 9 pay points L1.1 - L5.2 from $30.70/hr to $40.29/hr (Annexure A 'FFPPOA 1.9.25 (3%)' column - current floor today; further increases at Employer's discretion unless below MA per cl 9(b)(ii)). 38-hr week (76hr fortnight).
