Sealwell (Vic) Pty Ltd's Victorian on-site waterproofing subcontracting workforce under the CFMEU (Victorian Construction and General Division) Subcontractors Waterproofing template. Restricted classification set: three Labourer bands only - Experienced Caulker/Sealer (CW3 100%), Experienced Roof Layer/Waterproofer (CW2 96%) and Roof Layer/Waterproofer/Caulker/Sealer (CW1 92.4%). No Trades, no Apprentice ladders, no PCW classifications. Rates inclusive of Base Rate, Follow-the-Job Loading and Industry Allowance per Appendix B.

Minimum pay rates

Full-time pay runs from $2,039.40 per week ($56.65 per hour) at the entry level up to $2,176.56 per week at the top, across 3 classifications. A few examples:
