Covers Serco-employed Correctional Case Officers at the Clarence Correctional Centre (Glenugie via Grafton, NSW) - a maximum-security correctional facility operated by Serco for the NSW Government. 24/7 corrections industry; ordinary hours 38/wk avg over up to 8-wk roster cycle. Four classifications: Trainee CCO / CCO Level 1 / CCO Level 2 / CCO Level 3 with appointment-based progression (CCO3 by 3 years FT service + module completion).

Full-time pay runs from $1,000.54 per week ($26.33 per hour) at the entry level up to $1,292.38 per week at the top, across 4 classifications. A few examples:
