Four classifications: Trainee CO, CO1, CO2, CO3 with appointment-based progression to CO3. Operates to exclusion of the Corrections and Detentions (Private Sector) Award 2020. Rates shown from the commencement column (effective 21 Nov 2025); scheduled increases 1 Jul 2026 (3%) and 1 Jul 2027 (3%).

Minimum pay rates

Full-time pay runs from $969.38 per week ($25.51 per hour) at the entry level up to $1,178.00 per week at the top, across 4 classifications. A few examples:
