Shadbolt Group Pty Ltd (ABN 37 603 737 935) single-enterprise EBA covering Employees undertaking work described in cl 4 of the Manufacturing and Associated Industries and Occupations Award 2020 (MA000010) at the Employer's Factory Area at or around 16 Nautical Drive, Henderson, Western Australia 6166 and the Australian Marine Complex WA (cl 2.2 + cl 3.5) - Luerssen Australia's WA shipbuilding facility serving the Offshore Patrol Vessel programme.

Minimum pay rates

Full-time pay runs from $1,494.72 per week ($41.52 per hour) at the entry level up to $1,829.16 per week at the top, across 10 classifications. A few examples:
