This page lists the pay rates in the Sodexo Australia enterprise agreement (AE529562). The agreement was approved by the Fair Work Commission and sets the minimum pay for the staff it covers. The rates below are the agreement minimums; overtime, penalties and allowances can lift what you actually take home.
Sodexo's offshore catering, cleaning, guest services, and administrative roles supporting Australia's hydrocarbons sector (FPSOs, CPFs, MODUs, fixed platforms). Annualised remuneration model: TARP rolls in weekend, public holiday, and shift loadings. Two rate tables: All Facilities (Schedule 2A) and Shell Prelude FLNG (Schedule 2B, ~16% premium). Even-time 12-hour-per-day rosters. 3% annual indexation on Schedule 2A; Schedule 2B fixed for the agreement term. Casual day rates include the 25% loading.

Full-time pay runs from $2,610.73 per week ($62.16 per hour) at the entry level up to $3,447.18 per week at the top, across 10 classifications. A few examples:
