South32 Cannington (silver/lead/zinc) mine in north-west Queensland. 11 mining classifications across Mining, Processing, and Maintenance streams. Annualised salary model (penalty rates for weekends, shift work, public holidays, and annual leave loading rolled into base per clause 7(c)). Salary covers up to 23 hours of non-rostered overtime per 4-week roster cycle; excess is paid at 1.5x base hourly rate. FIFO and Regional Living allowances are mutually exclusive. Rates are the current 2025 minimum floor; 1 Sept 2026 increase is +3%.

Full-time pay runs from $2,060.00 per week ($54.21 per hour) at the entry level up to $3,296.00 per week at the top, across 11 classifications. A few examples:
