Slimmed CFMEU Vic Builder variant: 5 base classifications (CW3 Carpenter/Joiner+Welder, CW4 Marker/Setter Out, CW3 Grade 1 Rigger/Dogman, CW2 Grade 2 Builders Labourer/Caulker/Sealer/Patcher, CW1 Grade 3 Trades Labourer) plus 5-step Carpenter/Joiner apprentice ladder. NO Plant Operator (PCW1-7), NO separate Crane Crew tier, NO Bricklayer/Painter/Sign Writer/Special Class.

Minimum pay rates

Full-time pay runs from $837.60 per week ($23.27 per hour) at the entry level up to $2,331.00 per week at the top, across 10 classifications. A few examples:
