Southern Cross Care (WA) Inc Consolidated Enterprise Agreement 2025 covers all employees of Southern Cross Care WA, a Catholic NFP aged-care provider operating residential and home care services in Western Australia. The Agreement is a MULTI-AWARD AGGREGATE underpinned by four modern awards: Nurses Award 2020 (Schedule A), SCHDSI Award 2010 (Schedule B Home Care/Mental Health), Aged Care Award 2010 (Schedule C residential + Schedule E general support), and Health Professionals and Support Services Award 2020 (Schedule D). 38-hr standard week.

Full-time pay runs from $1,057.54 per week ($27.83 per hour) at the entry level up to $2,380.32 per week at the top, across 62 classifications. A few examples:
