Who this agreement covers

Covers Southern Precast (Vic) Pty Ltd subcontractor employees engaged on precast concrete panel work in Victoria's construction industry. Five precast classification levels (Level 1-5: new entrant labourer through Leading Hand) banded against CW1-CW7 in Schedule B of the Building and Construction General On-site Award 2020. 36-hour ordinary week, hourly rates inclusive of Award Industry and Tool Allowances per clause 26.4. Rates shown are from APPENDIX B 'From ppc 01/02/2026' column - next increase 1 February 2027. Standard CFMEU Vic overtime pattern: all overtime at 200% ordinary rates (clause 39.3); public holiday work at 250% (clause 39.9).

Minimum pay rates

Full-time pay runs from $837.60 per week ($23.27 per hour) at the entry level up to $2,383.92 per week at the top, across 10 classifications. A few examples:
