Southern Queensland Steel Pty Ltd 2024 Enterprise Agreement covers all employees in the classifications in Schedule A at Southern Queensland Steel's QLD steel-processing and distribution branches (Wacol HQ, Mackay, Townsville, Cairns, Toowoomba; part of the Southern Steel Group, ABN 62 085 107 991). Dual parallel classification ladders - 'Operator Level 1-4b' (CNC machining: SM3, Shark 410, Coping/HGG Pipe, Plasma, BLM, KH500) and 'Warehouse Level 1-4b' (Stores, Forklift, Bridge Gantry Crane, Loading/Training) - share one 6-point pay grid (Levels 1, 2, 3, 4, 4a, 4b).

Full-time pay runs from $1,104.32 per week ($29.06 per hour) at the entry level up to $1,379.39 per week at the top, across 12 classifications. A few examples:
