Spotless's security officers at Sunshine Coast University Hospital (Birtinya, QLD). 5 classifications (Security Officer L1-L5) at 2% above the Security Services Industry Award. Standard penalty rates: 21.7% night span, 50% Saturday, 100% Sunday, 150% public holiday. OT 50% first 2hrs / 100% after, or 150% on public holidays. Casual loading 25% in addition to penalties. Default 8-week roster cycle with 2 RDOs. AWR-indexed.
