Spotless Facility Services delivers Defence base services in NSW for the Downer Group. Five service lines: Cleaning, Grounds Management, Transport Operators, Sport & Recreation, Range Services. Above-Award (2%) wage rates for award-covered employees (Cleaning Services / Gardening & Landscaping / Passenger Vehicle Transportation / Fitness Industry Awards); award-free for Range Operators. Standard 38-hr week. Saturday ordinary 1.5x, Sunday 2.0x, Public Holiday 2.5x. Shift loadings 15% (early morning / afternoon / non-permanent night), 30% (permanent night).

Full-time pay runs from $941.26 per week ($24.77 per hour) at the entry level up to $1,246.78 per week at the top, across 20 classifications. A few examples:
