SJOG Health Care Enrolled Nurses and Support Services EA 2024 covers Enrolled Nurses, AINs, Patient Support Services, Sterilisation Services, and Storepersons at SJOG WA facilities. 43 pay points across Patient Support Services (Levels 1/2-10 x 3 increments), Enrolled Nurses (L1-4 + Adv Skills 1-2 + Specialist 1-3), Assistants in Nursing (3 yrs), Sterilisation (Assistant/Operator/Technician grades). Rates from Schedule A 'FFPPOA 1/7/25' column. Next +3.5% on 1 July 2026. 38-hr week. Casual loading 25%. Afternoon Shift 15% perm / 40% casual; Night Shift 35% perm / 60% casual.
