St John of God Health Care - ANMF - Registered Nurses' and Midwives' Agreement 2024 covers RNs and Midwives at SJOG WA hospitals/facilities. 23 pay points: RN Level 1 (8 PP), RN Level 2 (4 PP - clinical nurse/educator/researcher), Senior RN (SRN 1-6, no progression between), Nurse Practitioner 1-5 (work value classified, no progression). Rates from 'FFPPOA 13/12/2025' column. Next +X% on 13 December 2026. 38-hr standard week. Casual loading 25%. Shift Afternoon 15% perm / 40% casual; Night 35% perm / 60% casual. Saturday 50% (1.5x) perm / 75% casual; Sunday 75% (1.75x) perm / 100% casual (midnight Sat-7:30am Mon).
