Stabilised Pavements of Australia (SPA) Spray Sealing Enterprise Agreement 2025 covers Operators in SPA's Spray Sealing Division. Single-enterprise agreement based at the Somersby NSW depot and Beenleigh QLD depot, performing road spray-sealing operations (primer seal, seal coat, PMB treatments). Operational sister to AE531772 Downer Bitumen Production (bitumen manufacturing) and AE531458 Fulton Hogan Industries NSW (asphalt production / road resurfacing).

Minimum pay rates

Full-time pay runs from $1,092.50 per week ($28.75 per hour) at the entry level up to $1,473.26 per week at the top, across 9 classifications. A few examples:
