Summit Manufacturing and AWU EA 2025 covers production employees at Summit Manufacturing's Broadmeadows VIC plant (47 Dallas Drive) across Thermoforming, Maintenance and Extrusion departments. 18 distinct pay points in Appendix B covering Packers (C13 equivalent), Drivers, Forklift, Extrusion Operators (3 levels), Setters (2 levels), Thermoforming Setters (Kiefel / non-Kiefel), Maintenance (C10 trades), and Team Leaders (4 variants). Rates from Appendix B '1 July 2025' column (current).

Minimum pay rates

Full-time pay runs from $1,045.38 per week ($27.51 per hour) at the entry level up to $1,990.06 per week at the top, across 18 classifications. A few examples:
