Minimum pay rates

Full-time pay runs from $998.47 per week ($26.28 per hour) at the entry level up to $1,172.27 per week at the top, across 22 classifications. A few examples:

What else it sets

Penalty rates for weekends, public holidays and overtime.
8 allowances (for example Annual Leave Loading - NSW (25% or higher shift loading), Award Allowances (parity floor), Blood Donors Leave (2 hrs x 4 per year)).
