NOT ANU general staff - this is the student association staff only. 30 classifications across 2 ladders: ANUSA Officer 1-8 (equivalent to ANU Officer levels) with multiple incremental steps each, and Senior Manager 1-5. Salaries pegged to ANU general staff classification structure per historical link (ANUSA Certified Agreement 1998-2000). Year column encoded is FFPP from 18/12/2025 (+2.5% on 3/07/2025), current through 17 June 2026 when next 2.5% increase takes effect.

Minimum pay rates

Full-time pay runs from $1,151.29 per week ($32.89 per hour) at the entry level up to $4,118.83 per week at the top, across 30 classifications. A few examples:
