Australian Red Cross Lifeblood National Contact Centre EA 2023 (AG2023/1979) covers Lifeblood Employees performing general and administrative services NATIONALLY as part of the National Contact Centre in support of health services (cl 3.1). Excludes NCC Manager + direct reports managing teams, CE/EDs and their direct reports, Directors' direct reports, and roles covered by Lifeblood National EA 2021.

Full-time pay runs from $1,242.54 per week ($32.70 per hour) at the entry level up to $1,712.06 per week at the top, across 3 classifications. A few examples:
