Australian Red Cross Lifeblood Northern General Enterprise Agreement 2023 (AG2024/3061) covers Lifeblood Employees in a classification under Appendix 4 performing manufacturing, processing, testing, distribution, logistics, research, diagnostic, pathology, scientific, clinical governance, transplantation and immunogenetics work across QLD, NSW, the ACT and the NT (cl 3.1).

Minimum pay rates

Full-time pay runs from $1,085.70 per week ($28.57 per hour) at the entry level up to $2,179.62 per week at the top, across 13 classifications. A few examples:
