The Hutchins School (Teachers) EA 2026 covers teachers at The Hutchins School (independent boys' school, Sandy Bay, Hobart, Tasmania; Christ College Trust). Per clause 15.1(ii) rates from 'Hutchins Scale 12 January 2026 (incorporating ALL and an Increase of 3.00%)' table - 3% increase applied to existing teacher salaries effective first full fortnightly pay period on or after 1 January 2026. 16 classifications on the Teacher Salary Scale: 2 Unqualified (HU1-HU2 $77,632-$80,866); 8 Teacher steps (HT1-HT8 $92,188-$125,482); 3 Senior Classroom Teacher steps (HSCT1-HSCT3 $120,014-$130,501).
