Rotating shift roster: day, afternoon (15% loading), night (17.5% loading Mon-Thu; Fri night 17.5% pre-midnight, 50% post). Chemical/heat allowance $5.00 per mix (Nuwave mixing room); first aid allowance $4.00 per shift (paid per Award via undertaking). Other Award allowances incorporated into hourly rate.
