Transport Canberra Operations (ACTION) Enterprise Agreement 2023-2026 covers: - Bus Operations - Transport Officer Transport Canberra ACTION buses - Canberra's public bus service. Bus operators, transport officers, and special needs transport. Composite rates (include shift loadings). Rates effective from 4 December 2025 (1% + $1,000 flat increase).

Full-time pay runs from $1,650.69 per week ($43.44 per hour) at the entry level up to $2,567.21 per week at the top, across 7 classifications. A few examples:
