TT-Line Company Pty Ltd T/A Spirit of Tasmania (Bass Strait ferries Spirit of Tasmania I + II). Successor to AE526100 (2023). MUA is party. TRI-SCOPE: (1) seagoing employees (Stewards/Cooks/Security/Medical Attendants/Integrated Ratings) + (2) Retail & Hospitality Management + (3) In-Port employees. Seagoing & management classes are ANNUALISED all-in salaries (absorb OT/weekend/PH — RULE 2, no >1.0 FT/PT penalty multipliers). In-Port employees are hourly with an explicit penalty grid that is EXCLUDED from the agreement-wide penalty schedule (RULE 3 mixed-stream: would over-apply to the annualised majority) — In-Port penalties under-detect, the safe direction.
