Multi-trade electrical/mechanical/instrumentation workforce. 8 classification levels (L1 labourer to L8 leading hand / senior E&I technician). 38 ordinary hrs/wk averaged over 28-day cycle. Point of hire Gladstone (60km radius). Sample rosters: 9-day fortnight (8.44hr/day with 0.844hr RDO accrual), 9.5hr x 4-day week, 19+1-RDO monthly. 25% casual loading included in Appendix 2 hourly rates.

Full-time pay runs from $1,827.04 per week ($48.08 per hour) at the entry level up to $2,251.88 per week at the top, across 8 classifications. A few examples:
