Covers all employees at Unilever Australia Trading Limited's Tatura site, Victoria (cl 4), performing work within the scope of TWO incorporated Modern Awards (cl 7.1) - a genuine DUAL-SUBSTRATE instrument: Production employees (F1B-F2/Team Leader tiers) under the Food, Beverage and Tobacco Manufacturing Award 2020 (MA000073, 'Modern Food Award'), and Maintenance/trades employees (C10-C5/Supervisor/Apprentice tiers) under the Manufacturing and Associated Industries and Occupations Award 2020 (MA000010, 'Modern Manufacturing Award') - both cross-checked against corpus precedent.

Minimum pay rates

Full-time pay runs from $743.40 per week ($19.56 per hour) at the entry level up to $2,602.80 per week at the top, across 33 classifications. A few examples:
