Uniting AgeWell Victoria ANMF, HWU and ASU Enterprise Agreement 2024 covers Uniting Agewell Limited ('UA') employees in residential, home care and community aged care services in Victoria - including Andrew Kerr Care, Box Hill, Condare Court, Hawthorn, Kingsville, Manor Lakes, Murray, Nangatta, Noble Park, Preston, Strathdon, Strath-Haven, UA Community Programs and UA Finance and Administration at corporate offices (cl 3.1). Excludes Program Manager, Operations Manager, Director positions. Multi-union: ANMF (Vic Branch), Health Workers Union, ASU Vic Private Sector.

Minimum pay rates

Full-time pay runs from $1,015.62 per week ($26.73 per hour) at the entry level up to $2,755.87 per week at the top, across 96 classifications. A few examples:
