Single-employer EA covering employees of the University of Queensland UNION (UQU - the student union/guild operating the Pizza Caffe, Redroom Bar & Grill, Schonell Theatre, catering, cleaning and student-advocacy services at the University of Queensland), excluding Elected/Appointed Student Office Bearers (cl 6.2). NOT the university itself - UQU is a separate single-employer entity covering ~200-300 hospitality/retail/admin staff and contains NO academic classifications.

Minimum pay rates

Full-time pay runs from $978.12 per week ($25.74 per hour) at the entry level up to $2,026.92 per week at the top, across 27 classifications. A few examples:
