NSW is DELIBERATELY EXCLUDED - covered separately by sister agreement AE531708 Veolia Refractories [NSW] Agreement 2025 (DP Dean, Dec 2025). The two refractory EBAs together blanket the entire Veolia Refractories Division Australia-wide.
